About Orders
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- If you have not received your order after 5 business days, please contact customer service.

How do return an item?
To return an item, please visit the Returns and Refunds page and follow the instructions.
All returns must be received within 30 days and be in original condition.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of the return being processed.

How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped in either a plain brown box or a padded business envelope, depending on your items.

The packaging is completely anonymous with just your address and ours. Because Blissmakers is a recognized name, we use an alias on the return address label to protect your privacy.
How much is shipping?
All orders within the U.S. will ship FREE with standard shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
In most cases orders are processed to be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 2:45pm(ET). Orders placed during weekends and holidays will start processing the next available business day. You can determine your actual delivery time wiht the destination zip code during the checkout porcess.
Will UPS deliver my order on the weekend?
The UPS Next Day and UPS 2-Day shipping options are for business days only. We do not offer UPS Saturday delivery. UPS also does not deliver on most holidays.
